Kokborok Day is celebrated to recognise the Kokborok language – one of the most widely spoken Tibetu-Burman languages in the North East part of India.

Far from India’s popular tourist circuits, Tripura is a culturally charming place – many royal palaces, temples, and best known for it’s Sepahijala Wildlife Sanctuary. Pull up a rug, have a picnic, go boating & enjoy the monkeys!
