LG2-47, Shanghai IFC, 8 Century Avenue Lujiazui, Pudong
The IFC branch of this staple popular Westernized chain is nestled in the sprawling IFC mall. It’s not as popular as the downtown branches and the ideal treatment here is a foot massage or beauty treatment rather than an all-over massage. Dim lighting, calming soundtrack and pleasing aromas are the order of the day at Dragonfly. The treatments are good, solid and nothing too fancy - the prices, in comparison to some of the city’s more premium offerings, reflect that. They have quite a few locations dotted across the city, with each one being pretty consistent. It's a great way to relax after a long day exploring. You may want to book a few hours in advance to ensure you get the service you want as the locations downtown are often busy.
chozun loves: Convenient for shopping.
Decor: Typical brown and beige, with a traditional feel.
Location: On the edge of Pudong not too far from Pearl Tower and among the typical shopping mecca of IFC Mall.
Must Try: A hot stone foot massage.
